Forever 21 Wednesday

This week instead of coming up with the outfit inspiration, I am using a favorite outfit I've has stored in the Fashion Files for a while..  I'm assuming its JCREW.. but not positive... 

and here is my F21 take..

I couldn't decide between the two hoodies.. and I prefer the Rhinestone flats but thought I'd show you could get the exact look for a lot {LESS}! Cheers!
